Shipping & Delivery Policy

Rakish Angel is a design-focused brand offering thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted products, with an emphasis on quality, detail, and distinctive production approaches.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through rakishangel.com and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page or during checkout.
As our products are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, processing times may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Crafting and finishing requirements
- Order volume
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries only.
Available destinations are shown during checkout.
Rakish Angel reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain locations due to:
- Logistics limitations
- Carrier restrictions
- Customs or regulatory considerations
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid residential or commercial address is required.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Selected shipping method
- Carrier performance
- Customs clearance procedures (for international orders)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Rakish Angel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside Türkiye:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.
- Rakish Angel has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees paid to local authorities are non-refundable, even if the shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned.
5. Failed Delivery, Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a delivery is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Failure to receive or collect the shipment
- Customs refusal or abandonment
Rakish Angel shall not be responsible for any resulting loss.
In such cases:
- All shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and associated fees are non-refundable
- If the product is not returned to us, no refund will be issued
- If the product is successfully returned to us in resalable condition, the product price may be refunded after deduction of all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and associated fees
- If the shipment cannot be returned due to customs restrictions or abandonment, no refund shall be issued
Refusal of delivery, unclaimed shipments, or failure to accept delivery shall not, by themselves, constitute a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Where applicable, the right of withdrawal must be exercised in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Risk of Loss & Responsibility
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, or where loss or damage is caused by the carrier’s fault or negligence in which case Rakish Angel will assist the customer in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Accurate shipping information
- Availability to receive the shipment
- Compliance with local import regulations
7. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If the package appears damaged upon delivery, customers are strongly advised to:
- Document the condition with photos before opening the package
- Request a damage report or delivery note from the carrier whenever possible
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.
